Moldova Trademark Renewal

A trademark is valid for 10 years from the application date and can be renewed indefinitely for additional 10-year periods.

• Standard renewal period: Begins 6 months before expiration
• Grace period: 6 months after the expiration date
• Late renewal fee: A 50% surcharge applies to both the base renewal fee and each additional class during the grace period
• After grace period: The trademark automatically lapses
