Trademark protection in Lebanon is governed by Resolution No. 2385 (1924) and Law No. 324 of 2024. Renewals are handled by the Department of Intellectual Property under the Ministry of Economy and Trade. Lebanon is a member of the Paris Convention and the Madrid Agreement (London Act), and uses the Nice Classification system.
