A trademark in Jordan is valid for 10 years from the filing date. It is renewable every 10 years indefinitely.

The renewal timeline is:

• Within the last 2 months before expiry: Renewal must be filed during this period.
• 1-year grace period after expiration: The trademark can still be renewed with no extra fee.
• After the grace period: The trademark is cancelled automatically, but can still be refiled by the owner for 1 more year.

• Power of Attorney, legalized up to the Jordanian Consulate (only if there is a change of agent)
• Renewal request form
• Payment of the renewal fee
• Publication of the renewal in the Official Gazette
