Trademark rights in Ukraine are governed by the Law on Protection of Rights to Trademarks and Service Marks, in force since July 1, 1994, and most recently amended on December 1, 2022. The process is managed by the Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovations (UANIPIO). Ukraine is a member of both the Madrid Agreement and the Madrid Protocol.
