Trademark registrations in Spain are valid for 10 years from the application date and can be renewed indefinitely in 10-year terms.

• Renewal window: Within 6 months before the expiration date
• Grace period: 6 months after expiration
• After grace period: The trademark is automatically declared lapsed

• Power of Attorney simply signed (including full name, surname, and position)
• No supporting documents required unless changes are being made
