A trademark registration in Morocco is valid for 10 years from the filing date, and may be renewed indefinitely in 10-year periods.

• Standard renewal period: 6 months before expiration
• Grace period: 6 months after expiration
• Late renewal fee per month, up to a maximum of 6 months
• After grace period: The trademark automatically lapses and cannot be restored

• Simply signed Power of Attorney with company stamp
• Trademark registration number
• Payment of renewal fees and late renewal fees during grace period
