Luxembourg does not have a national trademark system. Instead, it forms part of the Benelux Union (along with Belgium and the Netherlands), operating under the Benelux Convention on Intellectual Property. All trademark renewals are handled centrally through the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP).

Renewal is processed via BOIP's online platform, and the updated status appears in the public database.

No. Use is not required to maintain or renew a trademark in Luxembourg (Benelux).
