Lithuania Trademark Renewal

A trademark in Lithuania is valid for 10 years from the date of application and can be renewed indefinitely in 10-year increments.

• 6 months before the expiration date: Start of regular renewal period.
• 6-month grace period after expiration: Renewal allowed with a late fee surcharge.
• After grace period: The trademark lapses and cannot be restored.
