We’ll issue a full refund if you cancel before we begin processing your application and request within 60 days of payment.
What qualifies as ""before processing begins"":
- We haven't drafted your application documents
- No government filings have been submitted
- We're still gathering information or awaiting documentation from you
Payment-Method Adjustments
- Wire Transfers: Refunds cover your full payment minus the bank’s outgoing transfer fees.
- PayPal: We refund your PayPal payment, but PayPal’s original transaction fees are non-refundable.
- Credit/Debit (Stripe): Refunds exclude Stripe’s processing fees.
- Cryptocurrency: We refund in USD at the original fiat value, minus any transfer fees.
Why No Refunds After Processing Begins
Once we start your application, here's what happens immediately:
- Professional work begins: Our IP specialists invest significant time researching, drafting, and preparing your application to maximize success chances.
- Official processes initiate: We coordinate with government offices, local attorneys, and filing systems that cannot be reversed.
- Resources are committed: Translation services, local counsel fees, and administrative processing begin.
- Government fees are paid: Official filing fees are submitted to patent and trademark offices and cannot be recovered.
This policy protects both parties: It ensures we can invest fully in your success without reservation while keeping our services accessible and fairly priced.
