Here are the most common issues and how to solve them:

I can’t log in to my account

  • If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login page to request a recovery email.
  • Still unable to access your account? Email us from the address registered with your account and we’ll help you regain access.

I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email

Here's what to check:

  1. Check your spam folder and add contact@igerent.com to your safe senders list
  2. View your order status under Order History in your account dashboard
  3. Still missing? Contact us via email or use our live chat

One of my IP rights isn’t showing in my portfolio

  • Send your assigned consultant an email with the name or application number of the missing trademark, patent, copyright, or design.
  • We’ll update your dashboard and ensure it appears in your portfolio promptly.

My credit card payment isn’t going through

First step: Contact your bank to confirm your card is authorized for online and international transactions. Banks often block large or cross-border payments by default.

Alternative options: If the issue continues, try PayPal or wire transfer, or contact us for additional guidance.

I have received an invoice regarding my trademark that is not coming from iGERENT, should I pay it?

Do NOT pay invoices that don't come from iGERENT.

There have been many reports of scam invoices sent to trademark owners by companies purporting to be official, when their trademarks have been published and the trademark owner information made public.

iGERENT will always send you invoices that are duly accredited with the name of our company and that include detailed information of the services provided. All official fees are included, so you will not have any surprise charges.
