1 I cannot connect to my account, what can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it by requesting a password recovery email.
In case you are still unable to access your account, send us an email to [email protected] from the email associated with your account and we will help you.
2 I have placed an order and not received the confirmation email, what can I do?
Please check your spam folder and add [email protected] to your approved contact list.
You can also check the order in your order history. In case you are still having issues, send us an email or contact us via our live chat.
3 One of my IP rights (trademarks, PCT, copyrights or industrial designs) does not appear in my portfolio, what can I do?
If you cannot find one of your IP rights in your portfolio, contact your assigned Consultant via email with the details of the missing IP right.
4 What is iGERENT’s Referral Program?
iGERENT’s referral program lets you earn money by referring your contacts to us.
Upon signing up for the Program, you will be provided with a unique referral code. When you tell your contact about us, give them this code. If they contact us with the code, they will obtain a US$25 discount on their first order. Once they have placed an order, you will also receive a US$25 voucher to use against one of your own orders or to redeem for cash. You can refer an unlimited number of contacts to us. Ask your Consultant about this program if you need more information.
