1 What payment methods does iGERENT accept?
iGERENT accepts payments via Credit card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express) as well as PayPal and wire transfers in USD, Euros or GBP.
2 My credit card payment is not going through, what can I do?
If your credit card payment is not going through, you should contact your bank to make sure your card is authorized to make the payment. Banks often proactively block payments abroad or that are above a certain amount.
3 What currencies can I use to make payment?
You can make payments in US Dollars, Euros or British Pounds.

5 Can I get a refund if I want to cancel a service?
If you want to cancel a service that has not yet been processed, you can request a refund within 60 days from the date of payment.
Specific conditions apply for payments made via PayPal or Wire transfer. For more details please check our Refund policy in our Terms of use.
6 I have received an invoice regarding my trademark that is not coming from iGERENT, should I pay it?
If you have received an invoice regarding your trademark that does not come from iGERENT you must not pay it. There have been many reports of scam invoices sent to trademark owners by companies purporting to be official, when their trademarks have been published and the trademark owner information made public.
iGERENT will always send you invoices that are duly accredited with the name of our company and that include detailed information of the services provided. All official fees are included, so you will not have any surprise charges.
